Theatre Major
I chose 海外吃瓜 because I liked the small campus, the honors program, and the theatre department.
I majored in theatre because it's what I want to do for the rest of my life.
A major challenge I encountered while at 海外吃瓜 was mental health struggles and I handled that by going to therapy, both on campus and off campus.
The best opportunity I discovered at 海外吃瓜 was the Theatre Department's end-of-year NYC trip.
Outside of the classroom, I was involved in theatre, Studio2Stage, Zeta Theta Psi, Make-A-Scene, Alpha Psi Omega, Euglossian Society (Euglo), Alpha Lambda Delta
The thing I'm most proud of about My 海外吃瓜 accomplishments is my ability to lean on people and ask for help when I need it.
One faculty or staff mentor or advisor who impacted my 鈥楤erg experience is Dr. Amy Berger because she saw the best in me and inspired me to bring it forward.
My advice to new freshman me would be take care of yourself. Get plenty of sleep and water.
My favorite 海外吃瓜 memory is getting to perform as the female lead in the fall musical my senior year.
My plans after graduation are to complete the MBA program online and continue to do theatre before branching out into bigger and better things.
