• From U.S. schools, the transcript must be an official copy mailed to º£Íâ³Ô¹Ï directly, or delivered in a sealed envelope.
• From schools outside the U.S., students must submit their records to .

Undergraduate Admission Process

After applying and submitting the required documents, students will receive their admission decision typically within one week. The steps below represent the normal sequence students follow from the point of admission through their enrollment at º£Íâ³Ô¹Ï. Our international admission office will help you every step of the way!

1. Apply for need-based aid through º£Íâ³Ô¹Ï’s International Student Financial Aid application
2. Receive Tuition Payment Plan outlining the costs to attend º£Íâ³Ô¹Ï
3. Submit to confirm intention to enroll at º£Íâ³Ô¹Ï (suggested by May 1st for fall semester enrollment)
4. Submit the Affidavit of Financial Support form and evidence of financial support
5. Order shipping of student’s form I-20/DS-2019 package through
6. Receive I-20/DS-2019, pay your , and schedule visa interview appointment
7. Notify º£Íâ³Ô¹Ï when you obtain your U.S. visa by scanning a copy of the visa to international [at] heidelberg.edu

*Undergraduate transfer students from a U.S. institution may not need to complete all of the above steps, but will need to complete the Transfer In form with the assistance of your International Student Advisor at your current school.
