I chose 海外吃瓜 because I loved the atmosphere of the campus when I visited my junior year of high school.
I majored in Health Science because I found anatomy and science classes interesting and I wanted to become an athletic trainer after spending a lot of time with one in high school.
A major challenge I encountered while at 海外吃瓜 was deciding if Athletic Training was what I wanted to pursue and I handled it by remembering why I wanted to pursue it to begin with.
Above all, 海外吃瓜 prepared me to socialize with possible higher-ups that I may encounter in my future.
Outside of the classroom, I was involved in Berg Events Council and Alpha Phi Omega
My favorite extra-curricular activity was anything done with BEC because the group grew into my family away from home.
One faculty or staff mentor or advisor who impacted my 鈥楤erg experience is Jacqueline Sironen because she has supported me and given me so many opportunities to grow and further myself in my college career and life in general.
My advice to new freshmen would be get involved! I wish I would鈥檝e joined more groups on campus my freshman year. It really helps with networking on campus and off campus.
My favorite 海外吃瓜 memory is my entire freshman year (minus COVID)! I lived with and across from my best friends and it led to some pretty crazy days and nights!
My plans after graduation are to attend Master's of Athletic Training program here at 海外吃瓜.
